Part of the concept is also technical proficiency: besides standard interior care we also handle minor maintenance (light bulb replacement, tightening hardware, minor assembly).

Signature is our visual and hygiene standard — regular care for surfaces, floors, bathrooms, and kitchen. Estate goes deeper: it includes detailing (bathrooms/WC, appliances), window cleaning, and other elements of extended care. It's a variant for households that want 'worry-free' in a broader scope.

Yes. We are insured for liability up to CZK 5,000,000. Your property and equipment are safe, and we handle any situations quickly and transparently.

That's our specialty. Within the 'Technical Service' module, we can handle shelf drilling, minor assembly, light bulb replacement, or tightening hardware. Just mention it when ordering or before the visit.

No, your presence is not required. Most clients entrust us with their keys or use a smart lock. Before the first visit, we arrange a secure method for access handover. After completion, we send you a confirmation and any relevant photos of the result.

We recommend 2–3 business days in advance to secure your preferred slot. For urgent situations, call us — we'll try to accommodate based on capacity.

Yes. We arrive with our own Kärcher equipment and eco-friendly products from Method, Ecover, and Frosch brands. You don't need to prepare anything — we only need access to electricity and water.

Satisfaction is key for us. If something doesn't match the agreed scope, contact us within 24 hours and we'll fix it free of charge. We take the quality of every visit as a standard.

We accept payment by bank transfer based on an invoice, credit card, or cash. The invoice is issued after the service is completed. For regular care, we offer a monthly flat rate with billing at the beginning of the period.
