The idea for MAIDMEN didn't arise from dissatisfaction with cleaning as such. I myself have used many agencies and individuals in the past who did their work honestly and with quality.
However, I was always missing a certain added dimension. I was looking for a service that wouldn't just deal with surface dust, but would think about the household operation as a whole. One where perfect cleanliness is a given, but so is a technical perspective – so that a loose handle gets fixed right away, cabinet doors get tightened, or a light bulb gets replaced.
That's why MAIDMEN was created. We combined precision cleaning with technical proficiency. Our approach isn't just based on cleanliness, but on the 'Protocol' – a set of standards that guarantees your household will be not only clean after every visit, but in the best possible condition.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Pavel Němeček
Over my more than twenty years of experience, I have among other things managed the operations of a Prague shopping center. There I learned that perfect cleanliness and functionality are not coincidence, but the result of a precisely calibrated system. I now bring this professional precision to MAIDMEN's services.
At the same time, I'm a father of three children. I know very well how quickly a home can turn into chaos and how important it is to have a safe environment around you. That's why I built MAIDMEN to meet both a manager's demands for efficiency, ingeneer demands for precision and a parent's demands for reliability and safety.
