1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter T&C) govern the contractual relationship between Pavel Němeček, Company ID (IČO): 72698748, registered office: Mostecká 125, 434 01 Most, a natural person conducting business under the Trade Licensing Act, operating the MAIDMEN brand (hereinafter Provider), and any natural or legal person using the Provider's services (hereinafter Customer). By ordering the service, the Customer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms.
2. Service Ordering
Services can be ordered via the contact form on maidmen.cz, by phone, or by email. The order becomes binding upon confirmation by the Provider. Order confirmation includes service specification, date of execution, and price. The Provider reserves the right to refuse an order without stating a reason.
3. Pricing and Payment Terms
Service prices are based on the current price list on the website or an individual quote. Payment is due based on an invoice issued after service completion, unless otherwise agreed. For regular care, billing is done monthly. Payment can be made by bank transfer or online credit card via payment gateway. In case of late payment, the Provider is entitled to charge interest of 0.05% of the outstanding amount per day of delay.
4. Scope of Services
Services are provided according to the selected tariff (Signature, Estate, Concierge) or one-off missions (Alpha, Omega, Delta), as well as add-on modules (Kitchen Detailing, Bathroom Detailing, Extraction Cleaning, Window Service, Mattress Service, Technical Service), as specified on maidmen.cz. The specific scope of work is always confirmed upon order confirmation. The Provider uses own equipment and eco-friendly cleaning products.
5. Service Execution
The Customer must provide the Provider access to the premises at the agreed time. The premises must have functioning water and electricity supply. The Customer is responsible for securing pets during service execution. Services are performed exclusively by a male team of specialists with professional care and approach. Service duration depends on the size and condition of the premises.
6. Cancellation Policy
The Customer may cancel the order free of charge no later than 24 hours before the agreed time. For cancellations less than 24 hours in advance, the Provider is entitled to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the ordered service price. If the Customer fails to appear or provide access at the agreed time, the full service price is charged.
7. Complaints
Complaints must be made no later than 24 hours after service completion, by phone or email at kontakt@maidmen.cz. The complaint must include a description of the issue and photo documentation if applicable. The Provider will assess the complaint and, if justified, will provide free correction at the earliest possible date. Complaints will be addressed within 5 business days.
8. Liability for Damage and Insurance
The Provider is insured for liability for damage caused during service execution up to CZK 5,000,000. The Provider is not liable for damage caused by normal wear, hidden material defects, fragile or unstably placed items, or Customer's failure to follow instructions. Any damage must be reported immediately, no later than 24 hours after discovery, including photo documentation.
9. Key Handover
For Estate and Concierge tariffs, the Customer may entrust the Provider with property keys. The Provider undertakes to store the keys securely and use them exclusively for the purpose of providing agreed services. Keys are returned promptly upon request. The Provider bears responsibility for any loss of keys.
10. Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions become effective on the date of their publication on the Provider's website. The Provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend these terms. Changes become effective upon publication. Existing Customers will be notified of significant changes by email. Legal relationships not covered by these terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, particularly the Civil Code.
