Where I travel
For cottages I travel across Central Bohemia and the Posázaví region — a wider zone than for recurring home care, because I plan those trips along routes. A cottage elsewhere in Bohemia? Write to me so you do not pay for unnecessary travel.

No. We'll arrange key handover or access, and you'll get a complete photo report once we're done. Winterization can be handled entirely remotely.
That is exactly why I come. I confirm the scope from photos or a short call — the price is always agreed in advance, no surprises on site.
Yes, technical maintenance is part of the MAIDMEN concept — tightening fittings, replacing bulbs, small assembly. Just mention it when ordering.
