Why cleaning in Klánovice is different

The forest is a lovely neighbour, but it comes indoors

Klánovice forest is the largest continuous woodland in Prague, and the houses right next to it notice. Pollen in spring, fine trail dust in summer, leaves and needles carried in on soles in autumn. The area is largely villa-style — family houses with gardens, often two floors, two or more bathrooms and large glazing onto the garden. That changes the scope compared with a flat: more floor area, more windows, terrace doors that get dirty from both sides. For houses like these the Estate tier usually makes sense — it adds detailing of bathrooms and kitchen appliances, window cleaning including frames, and extraction cleaning of textiles. For smaller flats near the station, Signature is often enough.
