What home cleaning costs
I do not keep prices secret. Below is a table of indicative prices by floor area and number of bathrooms — exactly the numbers the calculator on the homepage produces. The price is per visit and covers my work, travel, my own Kärcher equipment and eco-friendly products.

Prices are in CZK and include travel, equipment and products. The one-off deep clean is a single total; the other columns are the price of one visit. All prices shown are final and include VAT.

- Eco-friendly products from Method, Ecover and Frosch
- Liability insurance up to CZK 5,000,000
- Free correction within 24 hours if anything does not match the agreed scope
- Prices are final — VAT is included, nothing is added on top
Not included
- Add-on modules ordered separately (full window service, antibacterial mattress service, extraction cleaning beyond the tier)
- The 25% surcharge for express arrival within 24 hours
- Post-renovation cleaning — priced individually
What drives the price
- Floor area to be cleaned — the main input into the calculation.
- Number of bathrooms and WCs — each bathroom is roughly an extra hour of work.
- Tier: Signature is the visual and hygiene standard; Estate adds detailing, window cleaning and extraction cleaning of textiles.
- Frequency: at one visit per fortnight the per-visit price is 15% higher (dirt has time to build up); at twice weekly it is 15% lower.
- Condition of the space for one-off jobs — after a renovation the price is set individually according to how much construction dust there is.
The table is indicative. I confirm the final price after a short consultation or from photos of the space — and you pay nothing before I do. No hidden items; payment only after you have checked the finished work. All prices shown are final and include VAT.
