Why cleaning in Říčany is different

One town, four different kinds of household

Říčany is not one type of housing. The centre has flats and older villas; Radošovice, Pacov and Strašín are mostly family houses with gardens; new builds keep appearing on the edges. Each of those needs a different scope. A flat in the centre is usually fine with Signature — floors, bathroom, kitchen, dust, hotel-style bed making. A house with a garden and two bathrooms makes sense on Estate, which adds appliance detailing, window cleaning including frames, and extraction cleaning of textiles. With a new build after handover I start with a one-off deep clean, and only then does the home move to a regular rhythm.

A home you come back to already done

People commuting from Říčany to Prague — by train or by motorway — tend to be home only after six. So the cleaning usually happens while you are out. Before the first visit we agree a secure way to hand over access, typically keys or a smart-lock code, and from then on it is off your mind. After every visit I send a confirmation and, where useful, photos of the result, so you know what was done even though you were not there.

A one-off deep clean of the same layout — after a new-build handover, for instance — is CZK 5,326. Travel, equipment and eco-friendly products are included.
